The fine print

Terms of useshort and honest.

Four sections covering what this site is for, what it does not promise, and who owns what. The same plain language I use everywhere else.

01Scope

What this site is

This is a personal website. It tells the story of my work in property management across Alberta, Canada, and it is how people reach me about mentorship and The Operator's Notes. It is informational. It is not a rental listing service, a brokerage, or a place to transact.

Using the site means you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.

02Outcomes

No guarantees of outcomes

I write about what has worked for me and the buildings I run. None of it is a promise about what will happen for you. Mentorship, the newsletter, and everything published here are shared experience, not professional advice, and following them guarantees no particular result.

Property is a trade of judgment calls. Make your own, and get licensed professional advice where your situation needs it.

03Ownership

Content ownership

The writing on this site is mine. You are welcome to quote it with credit and a link. Republishing whole pages or passing the work off as your own is not okay.

Anything you send through the forms stays yours. Sending it gives me permission to read it and reply, nothing more.

04Practicalities

The practical parts

The site is provided as is. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I do not promise it will always be either, and I am not liable for losses that come from relying on it.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply in Alberta, Canada. If you have a question about any of this, email sunny@rentdigi.com.

Before you go

Short terms,open door.

The terms stay brief so the important part can stay simple: the work, the writing, and the conversation. If anything here needs explaining, ask and I will explain it.
